A Female Cat with ulcerative trauma injury to leg after a racoon attack.
Initial Wound Treatment
Initial wound injury measured 4.0 x 2.0 cm and was a full thickness injury down to bone. Kollavet® Collagen Particles were applied with bacteriostatic agents and secured with aerosol bandage.
Application of Kollavet® Collagen Particles
Cleansing and reapplication every 3 days.
Clinical Outcomes
The wound fully healed in 20 days.
